Observation

2)d) There was a large plastic tarp out in the corner of the play area accessible to children. (It was not laying loose, as there are chairs and other things piled on top of it.) 3)a) There was a protruding, broken piece of plastic on the outside wall of the house on the way up the back stairs to the outdoor play area. 3)g) The large climbing structure and the wooden swing set have flaking, peeling paint.. 3)g) The bottom step on the ladder of the large climbing structure is not attached on one side. 3)g) There was a loose piece of plywood coming off the building in the back of the outdoor play area.
